At Eland we understand how critical the issue of quality is to our industry. As cost pressures are exerted on everyone, others let quality slip, with substantial cost and safety consequences.
So we have developed, and strictly maintain, a very specific approach to quality – we never compromise. Yes, we will always price competitively but our quality will always exceed the highest standards.
This approach covers all aspects of our business, whether it be customer service, sales or cable performance. And, naturally, we ensure, we are regularly, independently assessed. Our management system, for example, is accredited to BS EN ISO 9001: 2008, underlining our pursuit of the most efficient processes in everything we do.
Our environmental credentials are critical not only to our operations but also to the responsible way we believe our business should be run. We maintain the Environmental Management Certification to BS EN ISO 14001, meeting and exceeding all standards set and ensuring ever lower impact of our business on the environment in day-to-day operations.
In addition, Eland Cables also holds certification from Link-Up Supply Chain Management and Achilles Utilities Vendor Database.
In accordance with best practice, we ensure that all cables supplied by us are fully traceable and are subject to an inspection regime. We also make certain the manufacturing units are audited by an Eland technical representative. Click here for more information on Eland Cables' testing procedures.
