Service is very important to us – we pride ourselves on providing a service offering which is centred around your needs. Our service options are covered below, but if you don’t find what you’re looking for then you can contact us and our Sales Team will be more than happy to help. Do you offer an express service?

Yes, we have excellent partners and we are outstanding at immediate despatch.

What time can I have my cables delivered?

The following delivery options are available:
pre-10.30am
pre-noon
next day
2-3 day
timed deliveries (to your own schedule)

Can you offer a scheduled call-off service?

Yes we can provide a tailored service to suit your needs.

What are your opening times?

UK Sales Office:
7.30am to 6.30pm (GMT) Monday - Friday

International Sales Office:
7.30 am to 6.30pm (GMT) Monday - Friday
9am - 5pm (GMT) Sunday

Doncaster Distribution Centre Customer Collection:
24 hours per day, Monday - Friday

Can I contact Eland Cables out of hours in case of emergency?

If I have a complaint who can I talk to?

If, for any reason, you would like to make contact with the senior management team, you can email them on mgmt@eland.co.uk. They will respond immediately.

Can I collect in person?

Yes, it is possible to collect directly from our Doncaster Distribution Centre 24hr/day, however a collection time must be arranged with our Sales Teamin advance. Please contact our Sales Team on 020 7241 8787.

Can you deliver by air freight?

Yes, depending on flight availability shipments can reach major airports in 48 hours.

What types of unloading facilities do you offer?

Tail-lift

Can you deliver by sea freight?

Yes, we can ship FCL (full container loads) or LCL (less, or partial container loads).

Can you deliver by road?

Yes, we regularly deliver by road to Europe and further afield. In short, if it is possible to road freight we will.

Can Eland Cables provide me with technical assistance?

Yes. We have a dedicated technical and QA team who will be happy to assist you with any technical questions you may have. Contact our team on technical@eland.co.uk

Can I meet with an Eland Cables representative?

Yes. We have a team of external sales professionals who cover both the UK and abroad. We encourage you to visit us at our London office which is a 10 minute taxi ride from St. Pancras International railway station and central London and easy to reach from the underground. Do you have a quality assurance system in place?

Yes. All of our quality systems are to ISO9001, enabling us to provide you with full batch traceability, certificates of conformity and ultimately peace of mind.

Do you offer after-sales service?

How do I open an account with Eland Cables?

To open an account you can download a form from the account application page and either scan and email it to accounts@eland.co.uk, or fax back to 020 7241 8700.

Are your cables RoHS compliant?

Yes. Where applicable, all of our cables comply with RoHS standard regulations.

Can you offer treated drums?

Yes, our cable can be supplied on heat treated or fumigated drums (sometimes referred to as non-wood packaging), and we can supply sanitary certificates.

Which countries does Eland export to?

We export our cable worldwide. We have extensive experience in shipping abroad, in particular to Europe, Africa, the Middle and Far East. 

Which languages are spoken at Eland Cables?

We conduct business in a range of languages including French and German

Is Eland Cables a member of the Institute of Export?

Yes. In addition, each member of our team is fully versed in the latest incoterms and export documentation.
